Villa Amanzi is a luxury smart villa located in Baie Rouge, Saint Martin, designed to combine Caribbean elegance with advanced home automation and integrated technology systems.

LVT delivered a complete automation solution including security systems, multi-zone sound systems across common areas, SONOS audio integration, and Samsung Smart TVs installed even in the bathrooms. A surround-sound entertainment system was also installed in the living room TV area to enhance the entertainment experience.

To ensure fast and reliable connectivity throughout the property, the villa includes dual Starlink satellite connections together with a local wireless ISP to provide redundancy and uninterrupted internet access. The entire property is covered with high-speed Wi-Fi 6E infrastructure.

Exterior doors are secured using advanced access control systems integrated directly into the automation platform, providing both security and convenience for residents and guests.
